Okaeri (“I’m home”) / Tadaima (“Welcome Home”) An audiovisual ode to the place I called home for 6 months – and the place I miss so very much.

A single experience comes once in an entire lifetime. No matter how you try to revisit that very same memory in hopes of reliving your past time, it can never be the same.

Such is my time in Stuttgart, the days I could idly sit by and watch the day past by in a flash, the mornings I sit in bed with a toasty piece of bread & jam watching sunlight filter in from the curtains by the window, listening to my favorite songs snug under my mess of a comforter, the evenings I spent taking walks in parks mid-autumn, taking in the fresh air and watching tiny little stories of strangers unfold right before me.
